Zenith Emirates Funds may use and disclose any information contained in these posts, including ideas, concepts, know-how, and other intellectual property, to any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies for any reason at its discretion.

When selling goods online, merchants are prohibited from accepting Zenith Emirates Funds Cards if doing so would violate copyright or trademark laws that apply to them or to Cardmembers (collectively, these kinds of products are referred to as “Illegitimate Products”).
By filling out this Notice Form and emailing it to antifraud@zentithemiratesfunds.com, you can alert Zenith Emirates Funds about merchant sales of alleged illicit products. A “Rights-Holder” is a person or organization with the legal capacity and authority to assert any applicable copyright or trademark rights pertaining to the products, and they must submit the form accordingly.
