Sign into your account.
If you do not have an account, create one

Click on the Transfer Icon

Click the "+" on your top right hand to add beneficiaries

Select your recipient's bank, write its short name (Any convenient short name) and fill the remaining detail . Click "SUBMIT". If you cannot find your bank , swipe to the end of the list and follow the next step below

Select "Other Bank" if you can't find recipient's bank. Write the Bank's short name followed by the Full name. Fill the remaining recipient details and click "SUBMIT"

Once submitted, you will receive this message.

You should see the beneficiary you just added. Click on the Beneficiary name. Incase you do not see it , Swipe from top to bottom to refresh the list.

Type the amount and select "Apply Now"

Check your email for the Verification code and type it in the space provided then click on "Verify". If you do not find the code, check in your spam folder or refresh the email list.
